Shipping and Returns


Most orders are shipped out within 2 business days. If we are not able to send your order within 2 business days, we will contact you via email or phone. You may select your shipping method at checkout.

Nielsen is closed on Wednesdays. If you need an item by the weekend, place your Expedited Shipping order by Monday at 5:00.


Nielsen aims to provide the highest quality double reed supplies. We do a quality check on all items before shipping. If you find that an item is unsatisfactory and you return it within 14 days of receiving your order, we are happy to give you a store credit or will exchange your item for a replacement. Return items must not have been used. Knives that have been sharpened may not be returned.

Reeds may not be returned. If you receive a defective reed, please contact us within 14 days and send a picture of the defect. We will replace defective reeds.


If a product is defective, or you found that you ordered the wrong item, and you want to pursue a refund, please contact us. We do not give refunds for reeds or cane.

Sales Tax

Nielsen is required by law to collect sales tax from customers in Arkansas.
