Time Limit for Returns

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  1. The product you received is defective.
  2. You ordered an incorrect item and wish to return it for a refund.

All eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations.

Re-shelving Fee 
A 15% re-shelving fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. This fee helps cover the administrative and logistical costs associated with processing, inspecting, and restocking returned items. The re-shelving fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on reeds or cane products. All sales of these specific items are final.

The shipping fee is not refundable.
