Shipping

We aim to process and ship most orders within 2 business days. Should there be any unforeseen delays preventing your order from shipping within this timeframe, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.

Shipping method selection is available at checkout, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs.

Please be advised the store’s hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mountain Time (MST).

We are not offering expedited shipping at this time.

Returns

We strive to ensure the highest quality in all our double reed supplies, conducting thorough quality checks before every shipment. If, however, you find an item unsatisfactory, we offer a return policy designed for your convenience.

In the event you receive a defective reed, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and provide photographic evidence of the defect. We will then arrange for a replacement.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Upon successful return, we are pleased to offer you either a store credit or an exchange for a replacement item. Please ensure that all returned items are unused.

The following products are not eligible for return

  • Knives that have been sharpened
  • Reeds
  • Canes
