Knife - Ebony Contoured

This high-quality steel knife is similar to the beveled knife, but the back of the blade has a slight contour to it rather than being completely flat. The serves to reduce the amount of metal that must be removed when the blade is sharpened. Many bassoon players prefer this style of knife. This uses the same blade as our regular Contoured knife, with a beautiful ebony handle.
